Following on the late summer Plantain workshop we know look to Hawthorn this versatile little tree has a long history with fairies but it has also provided our ancestors with fresh delicious leaves in the Spring and early summer and now as the wheel turns, the red berries are a wonderful source of nutrition going into the winter.

And you will make your own scrumptious Hawthorn Ketchup, a sauce that can be added to soups, stews and is simply divine poured over sausages and mash on a cold winters day
