Policy effective from: Monday 15 November 2021

Ireland delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over €100 in Ireland.

For deliveries under €100 within Ireland, €7 delivery fee applies.


International Delivery

Europe and the UK

We offer free delivery on all orders over €250 to Europe and the UK.

For orders under €250 to Europe and the UK, €25 delivery fee applies. Packages may be subject to import taxes and duties, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of the World

We offer free delivery on all orders over €350 to countries outside Europe and the UK.

For orders under €350 to countries outside Europe and the UK, €35 delivery fee applies. Packages may be subject to import taxes and duties, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Note: For hamper orders to countries outside of Europe, please contact us at hello@tastewexford.ie as customs might block some certain items entering the country.

Please provide an email address and mobile number on checkout to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Once your order is sent our delivery partners will contact you via email with your tracking number.


Dispatch

Please make sure you enter the full, correct delivery address with Eircode and mobile number. We accept no responsibility for changes of address as soon as the parcel leaves Taste Wexford HQ. If you choose to contact the carrier to divert to a different address, you do so at your own risk. We only ship to the address provided on order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are not at the address provided and do not collect your item from the courier / post office within the timeframe given, the package will be returned to us. You will incur additional charges if the package has to be sent out a second time.

If you think you’ve made an error when entering the shipping address, just email us or reply to your order confirmation email immediately, and we will amend it with your instruction.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 days. In the event that a product is not available, we will make contact with you and either offer a suitable replacement, a new date for delivery or a refund.

During the Christmas season, delivery times may take longer. We advise to pre-order early and select a delivery date available.

Orders will be dispatched between Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, will be dispatched the following Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched within two working days.

Deliveries within Ireland usually take 1-4 days to reach their destination. International orders can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Delivery partners

All orders are sent with DPD or An Post depending on the time of delivery and the size of package.

DPD

  • All boxes, bundles and gift items are delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland with DPD.

  • Once your order is sent you will be contacted via email with your tracking number.

  • For orders within Ireland and Northern Ireland, please allow 1 - 4 days for delivery.

An Post

  • Some small and medium bundles and gift items are delivered in Ireland and Northern Ireland with An Post.

  • Some small shop items are delivered in Ireland with An Post. This is a letterbox friendly service, so no need for signed delivery.

  • For orders within Ireland and Northern Ireland, please allow 1 - 4 days for delivery.

International Orders - An Post

  • All boxes, bundles and gift items are delivered internationally with registered An Post service and their delivery partners around the world.

  • Once your order is sent you will be contacted via email with your tracking number.

  • For international orders, please allow up to 21 days for delivery.


Returns

If you wish to return an item*, you can do this once it is within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with a note quoting your order number. As soon as we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund, excluding postage costs. We will not cover the cost of postage returning the order to us.

*Due to the nature of boxes and bundles that contain food and drink, we do not offer a return unless there is a problem with the items. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If your item is faulty, please return it to us within one–week of receiving the order, and we will send you a replacement item at no cost to you.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition. As soon as we receive the item and are happy with the condition, we can change the size of an item if you wish. Please note exchanges will incur additional postage costs to and from Taste Wexford HQ.

Any personalised items with notes etc cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
