The Art of Tempering Chocolate

Learn how to hand-temper chocolate on marble slabs, an old but beautiful chocolate-making technique. Tempering chocolate creates a smooth, shiny, delicious chocolate bar with a perfect snap and brings out the best flavour from the chocolate. 

You will make your own chocolate bars from tempered chocolate and add toppings of your choice.

While we wait for your bar to dry, we will have a chocolate tasting where we will try different origins, percentages and flavours of chocolate.

Finally, you will hand wrap your bars in gold foil and pack them in Bean and Goose bar packaging and add your own bespoke bar label.
