This powerful little berry is a wild superfood and is packed full of nutrients, discover its antiviral and immune boosting properties as you make your own syrup to keep you sniffle free this winter!

On arrival you will learn how to identify the tree, taste the bitter berries in their raw state, before cooking them down into a delicious syrup infused with a few more ingredients.

At the end of the workshop, you will know everything there is to know about the Elder, including what to look out for next Spring when you want to make Elderflower Cordial!

And best of all, you leave with a lovely bottle filled with your own Elderberry Syrup!
